Size of plants:
FS: Plants in flask. Quantity per flask be depend on different cultivars. Mostly,there are 10 or 30 plts. Per standard Cattleya flask. Pls. inquire and confirm the quantity prior ordering.

MS: Medium sized plant. Plant growing in 2” to 3” pot.

NBS: Near blooming sized plant. Most of this sized plants are growing in 4” pot and shall be flowering within one year under good take care.

BS/MD/OD: Blooming size /Matured division/Original division of outstanding variety. Blooming sized plant shall be flowering within 6 months under good take care or shipped with flower sheath/buds. Matured division is front-bulbs-division of matured (has bloomed prior) plant. Original division is divided from the outstanding variety.

Note:
(a) For all genus: Blooming size shall be shipped with complete plant.
(b) OD/MD for Cattleya Alliance shall be shipped with not less than 3 front bulbs per division.
(c) OD/MD for genus other than Cattleya Alliance shall be shipped with front bulbs upon the natural growing habit of the genus and/or negotiated prior to shipping.

Quotation:
1. Quotation shall depend on varieties and size of plants/quantity of each shipment inquired. Pls. contact us and confirm order upon signed and feedback Proforma Invoice.
2. All of quotations are wholesale prices based on F.O.B. for any major city worldwide that has direct flights from Taiwan. Freight charges shall be increased in Proforma Invoice. Minimum order is US$3,000.00 per order and 25 plants per item. If the quantity ordered is less than US$3,000.00, documentation (phyto-sanitary certificate, CITES) charge U$55.00 should be increased.

Payment Term:
1. Payment prior to delivery.
2. Method of payment: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
3. Shipment will be arranged to you within 20 days after receive T.T. or confirm cash of the check.

Wholesale Discount:
Large quantity may be negotiated for special agreement upon request.

Shipping and Packing:
1.All flasks shall be shipped with protection, plants shall be shipped Bare-root packed in carton boxes. Size of carton box may vary depend on the quantity and the size of plants. In-pot shipment should be specified upon order. All orders will be shipped by Air Cargo or by EMS ( Express Mail Service) together with phyto-sanitary certificate, CITES, Invoice. Please advise preferred method of shipping such as routing, port of entry and special requirement.

Pleases specify information of your name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, fax number & the necessary documents and Import Permit in accordance with your governmental regulations (Consult your country''''s Agricultural Authorities) upon order.

2. Substitutions:
Substitutions are not made without your consent. In cases where an item is out of stock and substitutions are authorized, we will select plants with approximately the same or greater value, size and expectancy.

We guarantee that each order we ship is top quality, is in prime condition , packed properly and will reach you in good, live , growing condition. In case of any damage happened while transportation, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of shipment.

Vigour Orchids shall be responsible only for the purchase price of each plant sold. We make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness of any plants sold as a result of this or any other offering.

Reserving or Holding Plants:
We accept preserve order upon request and for those first released flasks/seedlings/plants specified. All flasks/plants reserved for later shipping must be prepaid. Reserving period should be not exceeding 3 months unless specified prior.
